20090711 WRT Routing

Doing WRTs 25 and 28, both are on the VPN (best way to get in)--I'm testing out the two different SSIDs but the shared WDS_SSID, it seems to be working. Routing isn't quite working yet.
wl0_lazywds is off, but wl_lazywds was on--killed that
I think STP needs to be on (I've been hacking similarly on the Lemon Creek Glacier WRTs--I want to turn on STP up there. I think turning off all firewall is also a good idea...)
did chmod -x /etc/init.d/S35firewall and S60dnsmasq on SM_WRT_28

With these mods, I can ping between both routers on all three subnets -- 137.229, 10.8, and 192.168.
beyond lan_stp do I need wifi_stp or wl_stp or wl0_stp? (or wds_stp?)

got ntpd going on SM_WRT_25. just did an
ipkg install openntpd
and then edited /etc/ntpd.conf
root@SM_WRT_25:/etc/init.d# cat /etc/ntpd.conf # use a random selection of 8 public stratum 2 servers # see http://twiki.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/NTPPoolServers # servers pool.ntp.org servers 220.127.116.11
(18.104.22.168 is ntp.alaska.edu which is sitting at NIST in Colorado)
THEN, Nick, Josh, Bill, and Veronica decided to head up Lemon Creek, so I gave them SM_WRT_28 to take up to replace the WRT in the met station. I did the following reconfiguration:
set the SSID to seamonster_met
set the WDS_SSID to seamonster
added the RELAY and ROOF MAC addresses to the WDS_MAC list
